Only one vote per family may be cast.
My family has been part of the Hammond Hills Swim Team for the past 12 years, with all three of my children swimming for the team since they were 5 years old. Hammond Hills has been a meaningful part of our summers, our friendships, and our family’s growth, and I would be honored to continue serving the team in a board role as Secretary.
For the past four years, I have served as the team’s unofficial computer operator, which has given me a strong understanding of how meets run behind the scenes and how important organization, communication, and teamwork are to a successful season. I have also become a meticulous keeper of times, scores, heat sheets, and the occasional last-minute meet-day surprise! (Time Drops, anyone?) I bring additional leadership experience from serving on various local boards and community organizations.
With many years of swim still ahead for our family, I am invested in the continued success and future of the Hammond Hills Swim Team. I look forward to helping maintain a strong, positive relationship between the swim team and the Hammond Hills pool, while preserving the welcoming, family-centered spirit that makes this team so special. I would be grateful for the opportunity to give back to a team that has given so much to my family!

I have been a part of the HH pool community since 1984. I grew up down the street and was on the swim team from age 4-16. I am deeply committed to the future of the pool property along with the swim team.
I have three children, ages 12, 10 and 8 who have
been on the team for the last three seasons.
I have a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Health
Sciences, but have spent the majority of my adulthood raising kids.
I love our swim team and would love to help in any
way possible.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Peace
I would like to put my name in the hat for Treasurer.
I am the Sr Director, Engineering at E-Z-GO. I have lived in North Augusta for about 15 years, the last five in the Rapids. My daughters are in their third year at HHST and my son is in pup school. My wife and I swam summer league in our hometown of Greenville, SC for over a decade each for the largest pool in SAIL, Gower. We were both varsity letter winners in swimming at JL Mann, with our respective teams either winning or finishing runner up at State Championships each year we swam. We look forward to being a part of Hammond Hills Swim Team for many years to come and making it the best experience for both children and parents alike.
Thanks,
Jay Richardson
I have been a swim team parent (Porter and Charley) with HHST since 2022 and have serve most recently as the shepherd to the 7-8 girls. I also welcomed the new swim parents and gave a Swim Parent 101 class this year. I am interested in serving on the HHST board to to help grow the sport, retain current swimmers and their families, and keep the love of swimming in them. I have my BSBA in accounting and finance and worked for several years as an accountant while previously serving on other boards as Treasurer. Currently I have my BSN and work at Wellstar MCG as a Nurse Navigator in Neurology.
Thank you,
Randi Smith
